Glorious MTGO, it has provided me with the ability to play Magic.  To play when it is convenient for me and to play when I don't have access to a local store at all.  Without it, this site and many others would simply not exist.  I know many people hated V3 when it was introduced several months ago, but participating in the beta prepared me for the change over and in the end, I was looking forward to seeing V2.5 hitting the trash pile.  Hit the link for the rest of the article.
